4.1 Deposits

All bonus offers from 555bet are provided subject to specific conditions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.

• Welcome bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000 — the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal.
• Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000, making the total balance ৳3,000 — in this case the wagering requirement is ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.
• No bonus may be treated as "free" money — winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• If any bonus is misused or an attempt is made to meet conditions through coordinated group activity, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Promotion terms may change at any time; updated terms take effect from the moment they are published.

VIP Program and Cashback

The 555bet VIP program has five tiers, each with a different weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated based on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. Moving up to higher tiers is possible by being progressively more active. VIP benefits are for personal use and are non-transferable.

Betting Rules and Gaming Conditions

The following rules apply to participation in sports betting, casino games and other sections:

• Acceptance of a bet does not guarantee its outcome — a bet may be voided due to technical errors or incomplete information.
• 555bet reserves the right to change or void the outcome of bets placed on odds or payouts that were incorrectly issued due to a system error.
• Betting activity related to match-fixing or manipulation is strictly prohibited and, if suspected, the account will be subject to investigation.
• Betting using automated bots or software is prohibited.
• If a connection is lost during a live game, the game outcome will be determined according to the server log.
• Bets on cricket (T20, BPL, IPL, ICC tournaments), football and other sports will be settled based on official results.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555bet platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Registering under a false identity or operating multiple accounts.
• Misusing promotions — collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or coordinated methods.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system through hacking, phishing or any other technical means.
• Stealing or using another user's account credentials.
• Spreading misleading or defamatory content about the platform.

If any of the above activities are proven, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the balance will be forfeited. Legal action may be taken where applicable.

Privacy and Personal Data

• Delays or errors arising from third parties (game providers, payment gateways).
• Account credentials falling into the hands of a third party due to the user's own negligence.
• Service disruption due to natural disasters, cyberattacks or other unavoidable circumstances.

However, we cannot avoid liability for loss caused by our own negligence or fault — in such cases, recourse is available under applicable law.

Right to Amend Terms

555bet reserves the right to change, revise or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between 555bet and a member, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through discussion. When a complaint is submitted to customer support, an effort will be made to provide a resolution within the set timeframe.

If resolution is not possible through mutual discussion, both parties may take further steps under applicable rules. For all disputes, server logs, transaction records and gaming history will be treated as authoritative evidence.

Mobile App Terms of Use

The 555bet Android and iOS apps are officially available through official channels. All rules in these terms and conditions apply equally to use of the app.

• The responsibility for security when using APK files downloaded from third-party sources rests with the user.
